DELIVERIES
All products delivered will be offloaded outside the premises or at the nearest accessible point. If our drivers are requested to enter premises against their original judgment, Mbada Trading will not accept liability for any damages that might result to property.
Delivery addresses must be correctly supplied with your order. If incorrect, and a second attempt at delivery must be made, this will not be executed until payment for the extra trip has been received. Should orders be cancelled after delivery, or should we have to remove any of the products delivered for reasons other than that relating to incorrect product being delivered on our part, removal charges will apply.
GENERAL
Customer are given a delivery date when paying an order, and should arrange for someone to receive the product ordered. Should there not be anyone on site to receive your order, the product ordered will be offloaded at the nearest accessible point. No order will be moved if offloaded incorrectly due to there not being someone to receive it.
No customers will be phoned before delivery is done, unless specifically instructed by customer when the order is placed.
PAYMENT
Cash on DeliveryDirect deposits and internet transfers are subject to payment reflecting on our bank statement (Proof of payment will be required).
